The University of Alabama is a Coca-Cola campus! As our exclusive beverage provider, the campus community can expect to find Coca-Cola products in all campus dining locations, fountain outlets, and vending machines. Vending machines offer cold beverages and snacks to meet your needs and conveniently accept Mobile ACT Cards, credit cards, and cash payments.

Student Organization and Departmental Orders
Enterprise Services has implemented a new DocuSign form for student organizations and University departments to place beverage orders directly with Coca-Cola.
When accessing the form, please select either “Department” or “Student Organization” to ensure you are directed to the appropriate section for accurate completion. This process will help streamline order review and improve processing efficiency.
Important Notes:
- Student Organizations will be required to pick up their orders from a designated location.
- Departments can specify the delivery address for their orders within the form.
- Department invoices will be billed directly to the associated department.
- Both Student Organization and Department forms must be approved and signed by the appropriate department authority before the order can be processed.

Please visit the Supe Store at the UA Student Center or the The Corner by Tutwiler to request a cash or ACT Card refund. For credit/debit card refunds, please contact SWIPE at (888) 227-2653 to make your request.
